  • 20 dogs, any sex, any breed, weight > 5 kg

  • Oral melanoma or squamous cell carcinoma

  • Stage I (T > 1 cm) to III

  • Modified ECOG performance score of 0 or 1

  • 12 months recruitment

  • 6 months follow-up

  • 3 injections D1, D30, D90, under general anaesthesia

  • Efficacy assessment by iRECIST
